Please take a moment now to write down or snap a photo of the 16-digit number on the back of your card. This will help if you need to contact customer service in the event your card is lost or stolen. The funds are valid through the date stated on the back of your card.
This is a prepaid promotional card that is usable at the many local businesses listed on participated businesses tab.

- If you need to be issued a refund, contact the business where you made the purchase. They will follow their usual refund process, as with any other credit card.
- If a transaction requires you to use a PIN, use the last four digits of the card.
- If your card is lost or stolen, contact Cordova City Hall at 424-6200.
You can swipe your Cash Card like a normal payment card, with one important difference: gratuity cannot be added as a separate sale. If gratuity is added before a sale is run (as with Square Inc., for instance), that will work. However, if gratuity entails running the card a second time—as with most restaurants—the sale will not go through; in these cases, leave your tip in cash or on a separate card instead.
You may notice that City services (water/sewer/refuse, Bidarki, & harbor) are missing from the list of participating businesses. This is because Cordova Cash is funded by the Federal CARES Act, the guidelines for which expressly prohibit use of CARES funding to pay for City services.
